Pancakes

One of our go to recipes is the “Milk-Free, Egg-Free Pancakes Recipe” we found on Genius Kitchen.

The recipe is pretty straight forward:

  • 1 Cup White of Flour
  • 3 TBSP of Sugar
  • 2 1/4 TSP Baking Powder
  • 1/4 TSP Salt (we usually exclude)
  • 2 1/2 TBSP Margine (Country Crock Original)
  • 3/4 Water
  • 1 Egg or 2 TBSP of Water (PLEASE BE AWARE WE DO NOT USE EGG. THIS IS JUST A COPY OF THE EXACT RECIPE)*

Mix all the ingredients, grease the pan, and cook the pancakes.
